We hope you enjoy using our new website. While launching it, we took the opportunity to have a "tidy up" that responds to certain criticisms of the old system. The new system uses your email address, and existing password - so there is no need for usernames any more. And, if you are a member of more than one site in the group, we have combined all your accounts into one, making it much easier for you, with only one email address and password to remember, and the option to update your account details centrally.
If you are having difficulty logging in, or your existing password appears not to work, please follow these steps:
1. Please click on the 'login' button located in the top right hand corner of the website.
2. Please click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link in blue type beneath the sign up panel.
3. At the prompt, enter your email address and then click on the 'Get new password' button.
4. Your password will be emailed to you. Usually this takes seconds but please allow up to a few hours.
5. Once you have your password, you may return to the site and log in. The best way to do this is to 'copy and paste' your exact password directly from that email into the window.
6. Once logged in, you can change your password to something you find easier to remember by clicking on 'My account' in the right hand corner of the screen, then clicking on 'My details', and finally clicking on the 'Change details' button and following the steps outlined there.
